Returns Policy

    Cancellation & Amendments

    Orders which have been placed can be cancelled or amended up to the point which the order has a status of shipped.

    How To Return An Item

    Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. 

    1. Please email sales@goodwins.ie to request a refund and we will assign you an RMA #.

    2. Mail your returned item to:

    3. Include in your package a signed letter stating and the original receipt. 

    4. Cost of shipping the return item is the responsibility of the customer. Any refund will also not include original delivery charge.

    Return Exceptions

    Some items cannot be returned if they are opened or are past the expiry date.
    Merchandise that has been used, altered or inappropriately stored will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

    Exchanges

    If your purchased item is in like new condition, you may exchange you’re the item. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
