Sales Receipt
must be presented with all returns. Items must be returned to store of
purchase.
Items*
can be returned within 28 days of purchase, providing they are
stock items, unopened and in their original unused condition. A restocking
charge of 15% will apply. Refund by Store Credit or exchange only.
*Bagged
Powder items (e.g. Plasters, Cements, Flooring & Tiling bags) are
not returnable due to chain of custody requirement.
Clothing
can only be returned if the labels/tags are still attached.
Warranty
/ Defective items will be returned to manufacturer for inspection.
